Claudia Birkenshaw Garabelli, MSA is a national educator and speaker with more than 25 years of healthcare finance experience. She has been an active participant of the National Uniform Billing Committee (NUBC) and is currently the alternate for the national Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

She was the chair of the Michigan Uniform Billing Committee (SUBC). Claudia is also the author of the UB-92 Handbook for Hospital Billing and UB-04 Handbook for Hospital Billing, published by the American Hospital Association and is working on her third and fourth book.
